All orders are shipped via UPS Priority Shipping (Overnight or second day) only.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Flat rate shipping prices are for items shipping out Monday-Thursday, excluding heavy items:
Broward County, FL & Miami Dade County, FL:
- Free Delivery with $100 order.
- $10 flat rate for all orders below $99
- Free Shipping for orders of $250+
- $20 flat rate for all orders below $249.99
Priority Overnight Shipping:
- Flat rate shipping charges range from $39.95-$59.95 based on your location.
Because we are shipping perishable items, there are certain shipping guidelines we must follow to ensure your products arrive frozen. We only ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (& Thursday for Florida residents) via UPS with a 2 day maximum. Orders placed by 2pm ET will ship out the next shipping day. Orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday 2pm ET will ship the following Monday.
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
We are unfortunately unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Here at Deluxe Seafood Group, we are dedicated to ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of all of our products. We use a fully insulated, temperature-retaining packaging system that involves a combination of dry ice and frozen gel packs that keeps its contents cool for either a full 48 hours in temperatures of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. By doing so, we can absolutely guarantee that the food products you receive from us are in the same frozen condition they were in when they left our facility.
We ask that you (or someone you know) are available at the delivery address to sign for the package and refrigerate any perishable items as soon as possible. All packages are shipper released and will not
Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise is guaranteed to be frozen and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization code will be issued. Once the claim is received and accepted by Deluxe Seafood Group, we will automatically re-ship merchandise. No returns will be accepted without this code.

If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact the carrier (UPS) and our eCommerce Department. Any delay in contacting the carrier and our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY AS THEY ARRIVED.
Return & Consumer Safety Policy
Deluxe Seafood Group business practices follow the United Stated Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other pertinent federal, state, and local food safety rules and regulations.
Deluxe Seafood Group’s uses special, secure temperature and humidity controlled packaging technology to assure safe food transportation to its destination.
To prevent our products from the risks associated with spoilage, contamination, or misbranding, we cannot resell returned food items. Hence, we have to discard returned food.
For public safety reasons, all food sales are FINAL SALE. No return or exchange claims will be accepted.
All delivery dates are guaranteed by the service provider. Deluxe Seafood Group shall not be liable for any damage as a result of any delay or failure to deliver for any reason including, but not limited to, problems with suppliers, embargos or other governmental acts, regulations or requests, fire, flood, accidents, sabotage, strikes, slowdowns or other labor difficulties, war, riot, delays in transportation, or defaults of common carriers. In the event of any such delay, the date of delivery shall be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost because of delay. A buyer’s exclusive remedy for Deluxe Seafood Group inability to deliver for any reason shall be rescission of this agreement, which the buyer can only exercise before Deluxe Seafood Group has delivered the product to a carrier at any point of shipment.
Agreeing to Deluxe Seafood Group’s terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between Deluxe Seafood Group and the buyer. No term or provision of this agreement may be amended, waived, discharged, or terminated orally, but it can happen through an instrument in writing that is signed by all parties, except as otherwise expressly provided herein.
The agreement and all rights hereunder shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Florida (without regard to any rules or principles of conflicts of laws that might look to any jurisdiction outside of the State of Florida). The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of any federal or state court located in Broward County, Florida, and each party irrevocably agrees that any action may be heard and determined in the aforementioned federal or state courts. The parties further irrevocably waive to the fullest extent that each may effectively do so, the defense of an inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any action in Broward County, Florida.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this transaction (whether suit be brought or not), the unsuccessful party in such a dispute shall pay to the successful party all costs and expenses incurred by the successful party, including, reasonable attorney’s fees like paying for the attorney and other costs.
